The board is made up of a few of your neighbors, who volunteer their time on your behalf, in an attempt to keep our association dues low. The board manages the budget, and is the liaison between the residents and our contracted neighborhood services (garbage, lawn care, etc.)
The board is NOT the liaison between you and the city of Minnetrista, or other outside services, such as cable and utilities, road construction,etc.
The board is not the liaison between you and your annoying neighbor.
