Maintenance

The association shares expenses for, and hires services for, the lawns and snow removal, exteriors (roof, siding, driveways,) and garbage collection. This is what your dues are used for.

GARBAGE DAY is Friday, unless there is a holiday, in which case it usually happens the following day.

RECYCLING is collected by the city of Minnetrista, every other Friday. Consult the city for more information on city services.

MOWING happens on Wednesdays, or on the first weather-permitting day after that.

  • Salt during cold weather

  • Weeding your own flower beds & maintaining shrubs & trees on your property

  • Gutters

  • Washing your siding

  • Anything on the interior of your home

  • Decks
